To help us answer quickly

Put the product name (and edition year) in the subject line.
For a file problem, tell us which document, what you were doing, and what happened — and whether the Word file, the PDF, or both are affected.
For a purchase or download problem, include the email address used at purchase so the order can be found. Do not send payment card details; we never need them and will never ask for them.

What email support covers

Download and file problems — a defective or incomplete file will be replaced.
Questions about what a product contains, and which product fits a stated need.
Corrections: if you find an error in a form or guide, we want to know about it.

What it does not cover

We sell templates. We cannot advise you about your property, your tenant, or your state's law, and we cannot complete a form for you, review a completed form, or tell you whether a document is valid where you operate. Those questions belong to a licensed landlord-tenant attorney in your state. The FAQ answers the questions we are asked most often, in plain terms.
